She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and a Master’s and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Stony Brook University, specializing in adult and geriatric health. Before starting her career as a Nurse Practitioner, Silvia spent five years as a Registered Nurse and intravenous therapy professional on a medical-surgical oncology unit, honing her skills in performing delicate injections with precision.
Driven by her desire to offer the highest quality care and empower others in the industry, Silvia took the bold step of creating Tenth Avenue Aesthetics Artistry & Institute, a training course dedicated to the advancement and empowerment of medical professionals by providing high-quality, hands-on training in medical aesthetics. “I started a training course because I felt like nobody wanted to train me,” she says. “People in the industry are so averse to training their potential competition that I had to scour the Earth to get the right education.”

“You have to pay to play in this industry,” she says. “I decided to invest my money in my education. It’s not just about a paycheck.”
